About Tracy Wilson Yoga

I am so excited to continue to share with you my love of yoga! I have created a delightful space in my home where we will enjoy yoga movement together. In the evenings the light will be dim and candlelit inviting warmth to the space and your heart. I will be using a diffuser with various Sage oils. Mats are provided, but feel free to bring one if you have one! All other props provided. My goal is that all students feel comfortable and 'at home'. There is a huge changeroom/bathroom for student's use.
