Appointments are offered during daytime hours only on weekdays. If you have a concern about your mental health that you would like to discuss with me, please contact me directly. You do not need to ‘request an appointment’ to use this form and your name is not required. I am very open to feedback and I also understand that not all of your feedback may get captured in the session rating questionnaire that I provide at the end of sessions. Having a direct conversation allows me to respond to your specific concerns in a way that does not compromise your confidentiality, like online platforms such as this one can. As a registered social worker, I am bound by strict rules around maintaining your privacy and can, at best in an online context, make general comments about my policies and practice, not comments about your specific situation.
