KIND is a nature based yoga and mindfulness studio operating out of a picturesque greenhouse nestled amidst beautiful farmers fields and scenic landscapes in the GTA. At KIND Yoga, we are a community made up of individuals that believe that practicing mindfulness and yoga in nature creates a synergistic effect on our mental, spiritual and physical health. The power of both nature and yoga combined is greater than the sum of each individually. We believe it is our responsibility as part of the greater yogic and global community to cultivate a relationship of reciprocity and respect for our planet, and the environment, and do so by making choices individually and as a whole that have a positive impact and create lasting changes for the future of our planet.
