I serve all ages and a wide spectrum of life challenges. I have been honoured to nurture people with spiritual, mental, workplace, financial, social, familial and physical barriers to their future. I have consulted on or conducted seminars with a focus on: self-esteem, relationships, leadership, team building, mentorship, conflict management, coaching; organizational growth and business development. I have been honoured by serving as a coach, facilitator and consultant in many areas of business, psychology and leadership. I have had the privilege of speaking at many regional, national and international events. I have published in several areas of psychology including: leadership, management, supervision, stress, learning environments, bullying, self-esteem, depression, education and managing cancer.
