This is a boutique yoga studio for people who want to: Feel better in their body, mind, and heart, and who wish to: Reduce physical pain; Gain more flexibility and strength; Clear their mind and have more focus; Relax and relieve tension; Feel more balanced and resilient emotionally; Develop a greater sense of connection with themselves. My ultimate goal is to assist you in creating a more fulfilling, empowering, and heart-centered life, one where it feels good to be alive in your body in this crazy world we live in! The classes are typically smaller in size, and more personalized. I get to know you and you get to know me.
