About DMC Boxing And Kickboxing Gym

DMC offers co-ed boxing, competitive co-ed boxing , women's only recreational kickboxing, kids classes and conditioning classes. The club is located in Bridgewater, NS and is owned and operated by David Penny, a coach with over 25 years of coaching experience. Over the past few years, under the guidance of David, our coaching team has grown – we have additional boxing coaches and boxing judges. DMC currently has boxers in the competitive circuit. At DMC we pride ourselves on the fact that our classes are open to all skill and fitness levels so come and join in, get fit and have fun!
