The postures in Original Hot Yoga, Vinyasa and Yin yoga, as well the exercises in Hot Pilates, are designed so that anyone from the beginner to the advanced feels challenged, regardless of flexibility or strength. These invigorating offerings, combined with regular practice, bring rapid improvement to body shape, fitness, overall health and mental well-being. The traditional 60 and 90-minute Hot Yoga classes are suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Each class consists of the original 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Each posture is designed to stretch and strengthen specific muscles, ligaments and joints required for successive postures in the sequence. The 60-min class consists of the same postures as the 90-minute class practiced at an accelerated pace and condensed format. These are ideal for practitioners who have a busy schedule but would still like to achieve the maximum benefits in a shorter amount of time. The Original Hot Yoga sequence stimulates the organs, glands and nerves, by moving fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the body, restoring a natural balance to all of the body's systems. Flexibility, core-strength and balance are just some of the benefits that participants can achieve, not to mention the increased mental clarity and stress-reducing benefits that are byproducts of this classic hot yoga series
